monthly flea market and arts and crafts show on the weekend of the
2nd Monday of every month
Located at the Ellis County Expo Center & Fairgrounds in
Waxahachie , Texas.
We offer Free parking free admission to all that come. Vendors from
all over the state are offering local art, unique items & gifts, and
some tasty food.
This growing indoor & outdoor flea
market and arts and crafts show has new vendors setting up every
month, and we are always looking for more! If you're looking for a
place to sell your stuff, or bring your art, etc. to the public once
a month at very reasonable rates, then we are exactly what you are
looking for. Rates start as low as $10.00, so what are you waiting
for come join us for fun and profit.

FLOORPLAN
Spaces 1 -104b are inside and 105 - 117 are outside
on a covered concrete pad.
All
Inside Spaces Are $65.00 each
RENT
WILL BE REDUCED TO $50.00 FOR
EACH SPACE AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN A VENDOR FOR A PERIOD OF
THREE MONTHS.
Outside spaces are $35.00 each
There are outside
spaces on the grass area beside the building also.

FREE RV
PARKING
Free RV parking is available for
vendors wishing to spend the night with us. No dumping
facilities are available but we do have outdoor toilets that
you can use also. Electricity is available for $10.00 per
weekend. Vendors must supply their own extension cords,
adapters, ect. |
ELECTRICITY
Electricity will be provided at no
charge for vendors. Outlets are located throughout the
building and all vendors must provide their own extension
cords, adapters, duct tape, ect.
All extension cords that cross isles or any area that either
the public or any other vendor might cross must be duct
taped securely to the floor. We reserve the right to remove
any cord that may pose a hazzard.
Electricity is to be used for fans,
displays, cash registers, computer equipment, ect.
Under no circumstances will air
conditioners, electric heaters, or any other high amperage
devices be allowed.
We reserve the right to disconnect or
limit the usage of all vendors that are causing problems
such as tripping breakers or interfering with other vendors.
